C4SO’s new Media Architect is Min Soo Choi, and we talk with him on today’s podcast about a bit of his history, how he got connected to C4SO, why he is passionate about visual storytelling, and what he is working on as the diocese’s Media Architect.
Min grew up in Ohio and went to Ohio State University, graduating with a Zoology degree. He then earned an M.Div from Moody in Chicago, and worked in Student Development for 10 years at Moody and George Fox University. He is a hobbyist-turned-professional videographer/photographer/YouTuber, starting his own production studio. He finished a D.Min at Portland Seminary this past May in Semiotics, Church, and Culture with Dr. Leonard Sweet.
In addition to his duties with the diocese, Min works as the Youth Pastor at Church of the Vine in Newberg, Oregon, and is also the full time Operations Manager at a digital agency in Portland.
