We talked with the Rev. Erin Moniz, who recently transferred into C4SO in conjunction with a new job as a chaplain at Baylor University. We talked with her about her work with young people, her podcast on gender theology, and her role as a conciliator.
The Rev. Erin Moniz is an Associate Chaplain and the Director for Chapel at Baylor University. She is part of the Spiritual Life staff in ministering to the spiritual needs of the Baylor community including pastoral care, teaching, worship leading, and speaking. Erin cares deeply about mentoring and discipling emerging adults, and is a trained conciliator and has a passion for conflict-coaching and third-party mediation. Additionally, she is the founder and co-host of the Mutuality Matters podcast, which focuses on the theological and gospel empowerment of women and men. She is ordained as a Deacon in the Anglican Church of North America and recently transferred her orders into C4SO. When she is not traveling with her husband, Michael, she enjoys gardening, playing music, and the outdoors.
